How to get there
Chandragiri Fort is an historical and a well known tourist destination was built in the 11th century was under the rule of Yadava Naidus Kings and came under the control of Vijayanagara rulers.
The Chandragiri Fort dates back to 1000 AD. Overtime, more and more improvements were made to it to make it more beautiful and elegant to look. Chandragiri was the 4th capital of Vijayanagar Empire. Rayas shifted their capital to here when Golconda sultans attacked Penukonda. The fort is strategically located over the top of a small 183m hill.

APSRTC runs local buses from Tirupati at frequency of 30 mins.
Best time to visit
Timings: 9AM to 5 PM and Friday is a Holiday.
Chandragiri Fort is located very close to Tirupati, you can stay at Tirupati and then commute to Chandragiri fort and Chanderi town.
Tirupati is nearest airport and railway station which is nearly 20 kms way from chandragiri fort.

Sri Venkateswara Park
Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park has been established on modern concepts of Zoo Management wherein the animals are exhibited in wider and near natural enclosures resembling to their natural habitat.
The waterfall is about 36 kms from Chandragiri fort and 5 km from Tirumala Main temple and the Tirumala Nambi family is allowed to take holy dip at this scared Akasha Gang Theertham. Here at Akash Ganga Theertham, Holy water comes out as natural steam here between hills rocks.
Tirumala Lord Venkateswara Temple
Tirumala is located 3,200 feet (980 m) above sea level and covers an area of approximately 10.33 square miles (26.8 km2). Surrounding the hills are seven peaks of Seshachalam range, Eastern Ghats namely Seshadri, Neeladri, Garudadri, Anjanadri, Vrushabadri, Narayanadri and Venkatadri. Famous for Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple located on the seventh peak.
